Delete your Daystrong account and server data.
In the app, open More → Your data → Delete account permanently. Confirm with your current sign-in method. The action cannot be undone.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@arturf.ch from the address used for your account. We will verify the request before deletion and will never ask for your password by email.
Data removed
In-app deletion removes your Clerk account; private Appwrite TablesDB rows, mutation records and referenced Storage objects for nutrition, fitness, health consent and progress photos; and account-linked PostgreSQL auxiliary rows for community activity, support feedback, analytics consent, entitlements, subscription events and the AI cost ledger.
Shared community groups
A shared community group may remain for its other members after deletion, but the creator link is removed. Your community posts, memberships and other account-linked auxiliary records are deleted.
Timing and recovery expiry
In-app deletion removes active account data immediately. Verified email requests are handled as soon as possible. Encrypted recovery artifacts for Appwrite or PostgreSQL may retain deleted data only until their scheduled recovery-window expiry and are not active application data. Size-limited infrastructure logs and a privacy-minimal hashed deletion-control record may remain where needed for security, abuse prevention and to prevent a deleted identity from recreating data.
