Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the free Daystrong public release operated by Ferreira Cruz Digital, owned by Artur Ferreira Cruz, 6260 Reiden LU, Switzerland. By creating an account you accept version 2026-08-04 of these Terms and acknowledge the matching Privacy Notice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18. Accounts are personal, may not be sold or shared, and may be suspended for abuse, a serious security risk or a material breach of these Terms.
Wellness only
Daystrong logs food, workouts, routines and selected Health Connect values. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional nutrition counselling or guaranteed weight loss. Stop an exercise if you feel pain or become unwell and consult a qualified professional for medical diets, allergies, medication, eating disorders or material health decisions.
Estimates and your responsibility
Food databases, barcodes, calorie targets, AI photo/text results, portion sizes and training analytics can be wrong or incomplete. Review every estimate before saving it. You are responsible for exercise technique, allergens, ingredients, uploaded content and deciding whether the app is appropriate for you.
Data platforms and services
Private Appwrite Cloud TablesDB and Storage in Frankfurt are authoritative for Daystrong nutrition, fitness, health-consent and progress-photo data. An operator-managed PostgreSQL auxiliary store supports community features, support feedback, analytics consent, entitlements and subscription-event records, and the privacy-minimal AI cost ledger. It is not a second authority for the Appwrite domains. Clerk provides authentication; other scoped services are described in the Privacy Notice.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, disrupt, scrape, bypass limits or seek unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing or private content about another person without permission.
- Do not use Daystrong to encourage unsafe dieting, harassment, self-harm or illegal activity.
Free release and future pricing
Daystrong is free at its first public release. Fitness tracking, nutrition and calorie logging, routines, progress, body tracking and Health Connect do not require a paid product. There is no checkout, trial, card or automatic renewal. Any future paid offering will be released separately, and its price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before money is collected.
Availability, suspension and changes
Daystrong is provided as-is and as-available. Availability, estimates and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Access may be suspended for abuse, security, legal requirements or shutdown of the service. Material changes to accepted Terms or data use will require an updated notice or acceptance where applicable.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Daystrong is not liable for indirect loss or decisions made solely from an automated estimate. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Swiss substantive law applies subject to mandatory consumer law and mandatory venues.
